I’m a real estate loving transaction coordinator with over 11 years in the business. I’ve been employed as an assistant, bookkeeper, compliance officer, broker-in-charge, and transaction coordinator in my time in real estate over the years. When you listed the property and got it under contract, I’ll take over at the point of contract and see it through the closing.

Most TCs work 9-5, Monday through Friday. I strive to be available evenings and weekends as often as possible.

FAQ
What do I do when I get a property under contract?
Once you get a property under contract, just send it in an email and we’ll get to work!
What if I just want to use your services occassionally?
That’s no problem at all! Of course, using a TC will help you grow your business. But, real estate gets slow at times. You’re never obligated to use your TC for any or every deal. There’s no contract or obligation.
Can you write contracts and fill out forms?
Yes! As a licensed real estate agent, I’m able and experienced in filling out forms for North and South Carolina contracts. And, if you’re in a jam and I’m available, I can fill out offers for you as well, for an additional fee.
What about payment?
Payment isn’t due until you get paid. Typically due within a week of closing. If you don’t get paid, I don’t get paid! (some limitations to terminated deals do apply)
